While riding a bicycle in Hawaii County near entrance to Black Sand Beach, Rt. 11 at 56 mile marker on March 3, 2007. I was knocked airborne and broke 6 ribs, shoulder punctured lung and brain stem injury. I was in a coma for 6 days and I.C.U. for 2 weeks and the drive is unknown. County Police took report but redact all information regarding people present and claim "Hawaii Privacy" law prevents them from disclosing information. 911 caller reported bicycle hit by auto and at least two vehicles were present when a US Park Service worker and four college students stopped to render assistance. I was not breathing when they arrived and they restored my airway, tried to keep me from going into shock and stem the blood loss from a head lacceration.
Anyone who has knowledge about this incident please respond. I need to find out who called 911 and what they saw.
